Fixed Typos. Small Formatting Fixes. Clarified Opening of Startbox is 30s (Warning now defined in two places). Not passing Dynamic Obstacle results in neutral points.
Collects all road layout definitions and gathers them in this section. It does not change the content.
Information that describes the layout of the road/elements are moved from the 3 events sections into this new chapter 6.2. The information that is contained in 6.2 is commented out in the event Sections.
Adds clarification that not all elements are in all events. Moves lane with subsection in lane markings.
Added two white headlights to the vehicle requirements. Added a speaker to the vehicle requirements. Added acoustic signalling requirement for the switch from autonomous mode to RC mode. Added misuse penalty to RC mode.
- Introduced Taillight requirement. - Crosswalk without Pedestrians -> 5pts.
RC mode to RC-Mode. Activation of RC-Mode only after fully leaving start box.
Added note that vehicle must be brought to a complet stop after completing an event and remain stationary until comission allows removal of vehicle.
Return within 1m. Elements failed if incorrect behaviour --> RC-mode. Elements can be continued if RC-mode activation not related to element.

Freedrive: - All elements can occure except obstacles, barred area, crosswalk, landmarks. - Clarified expected behavior at occuring elements. - "achieved multiplier" -> "received multiplier". Obstacle: - Stay in right lane exept for overtaking. - No passing -> Dyn. Obs. can occure but doesnt have to. Track: - Intersections -> Dyn. Obs. can't occure in front of the vehicle -> Use different entry. - No passing -> Max 1 Dyn. Obs. Vehicle Req.: - Loudspeacer -> Acoustic Device Dynamic Events: - RC Mode return within 1m now valid for all three courses.
