Adds/updates help docs based on this week's Intercom tickets:

New doc: Shopify variant URLs (?variant=ID)
Collection sorting troubleshooting (Paper/Keystone)
Price mismatch troubleshooting (Keystone)
Improved theme update instructions
Clarifies variant image display (collection/products)
Expands SEO best practices
Adds FAQ for common support questions
