Server initializes cells in q_learnig and runs two thread for mobile and IOT devices. Both thread update cells in server.
Receive datas from raspberry pie and ESP32, update cells. If fire occurs Sends notification to mobile application. Server keep track of cells related to each pie and beacon. When fire break out, it update cells and sends notification to mobile application.
When users connects to server, server receives user's location and sends evacuation path. Server update number of people in each cell whenever user report their location.
