本次 PR 的目的是为了提升规则在特定环境下的稳定性和兼容性，避免代理与部分Apple系统服务或局域网设备发生冲突。
我做了什么具体修改Surge/qixin.conf` 文件中：

将 bypass-system 的值从 false 修改为 true。
修改了 skip-proxy = 127.0.0.0/24, 192.168.0.0/16, 10.0.0.0/8, 172.16.0.0/12, 100.64.0.0/10, localhost, *.local, *.crashlytics.com

3. bypass-system = true`**: 在我的使用环境中，发现部分系统服务（如 iCloud 同步、iMessage）通过代理时会出现延迟或连接不稳定的情况。启用此选项可以让这些系统服务直连，保证其正常运行，提升整体体验。
