  • removes zebra-chain from public API to stabilize public API of crates depending on zingo_common_components
  • replaces with types that are rarely going to require major semver version updates, even on new network upgrades
  • add doc comments to explain that zingo_common_components should contain strcitly public API safe parts so the crate only changes its public API in rare cases
