Simple demonstration of blog in MVC pattern with user authentication and RBAC.

General features:
- Users can post and manage some content.
- There is simple RBAC system that provides different user roles with different permissions. Users with necessary permissions surely can create and manage users and theirs' roles. Each user can handle many roles.
- Blog has simple flexible pagination.
- It's also has a simple filter by author's nickname and an author's summary at the page 'Authors'.
