some extra validators for active_record/validations
Add this line to your application's Gemfile:
gem 'validator_ext'And then execute:
$ bundle
Or install it yourself as:
$ gem install validator_ext
use the gem like this:
validates :some_email, email: trueit validates the string with the format /\A([^@\s]+)@((?:[-a-z0-9]+\.)+[a-z]{2,})\z/i
validates :some_telephone, telephone: trueit validates the string with the format /\A(0|86|17951)?[0-9]{11}\z/i
validates :some_json, json_schema:specified_schemaAnd you must require gem json-schema in your gemfile before the usage of json_schema_validator,
After checking out the repo, run bin/setup to install dependencies. Then, run rake spec to run the tests. You can also run bin/console for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment.
To install this gem onto your local machine, run bundle exec rake install. To release a new version, update the version number in version.rb, and then run bundle exec rake release, which will create a git tag for the version, push git commits and tags, and push the .gem file to rubygems.org.
