Steps for running our md parsing app:

1. Clone repo to directory of your choice in your terminal
2. Execute the command cd 253-Hello-Web-Servers in your terminal to access root directory
3. In root directory, run npm i to install npm dependencies
4. After dependencies are installed, open your browser and go to http://localhost:3000 .
5. The app parses md syntax to html. Enter any markdown syntax in the Markdown table and see it instantly rendered as html in the preview box.
6. Additional functionality includes: creating .md files, deleting files, and saving/updating files.
