Source TIFFs should have sensible (ImageJ) autocontrast set, if there's a way to grab that information. |

Allows information-rich field display in ipython-based environments. The annotations are SVG-based with an embedded PNG-based composite autocontrasted representation of the field of view. Annotations include the cell line identification and the field index, as well as cell bounding box rectangles and the cell IDs.
Incidentally adds cell bounding box calculation infrastructure.
