this will allow you to match up an input of an assetid, name or acronym with a limited. if no definite match, it will look for possible matches.

this is also able to generate fake acronyms (acronmys which arent listed on rolimons, but may be used. example being 'dmth')

this was made for future use, but also for anyone else who might need it. a worser version was also used in my proof checker
