fixed onappactivated and merged userfield support

@Stragis I've loaded your build in our Zendesk.. and while this does show up in the User sidebar, it doesn't recognize/pull from data in a Zendesk user's primary org. References to I think we'll need more input from @luizfaias or a member of the Zendesk team before the user sidebar is really supported. |
