SuperPins: v1.7.0 - New features and fixes

This pull request integrates SuperPins v1.7.0 into Zen's theme store and achieves the following:

• Fixes width and gap settings for Essentials and their integration into pinned tabs.
• Fixes "Make Essentials have the same height as pinned tabs" setting (would originally make Essentials height improperly small).
• Format styles using a universal Prettier configuration.
• Implement new "Animate background for Essentials on hover" (and similar for pinned tabs) as well as a custom input for time (e.g., 100ms, 200ms, 1s).
• Implement "Show separator at bottom when it would normally be hidden" that moves the separator to the bottom of the sidebar if it would normally be hidden (e.g., there are no pinned tabs).
• Fixes margin between workspace indicator and essentials when both are at the bottom.
• Removes unnecessary "Move workspace indicator above essentials when they're both at the bottom" as that is the default behavior now.
• Remove margin between workspace indicator and normal tabs when "Makes pinned tabs look like Essentials" is enabled and there are no pinned tabs in the current workspace.
• MAJOR: Implement a fix for "Make pinned tabs auto-grow to the maximum width" not working when on the same workspace that was opened when opening Zen. The source of this issue is from orient="vertical" being applied on a vbox element.
• Fix check for a changed pins height that was causing margin issues.
