hi,
as promised, here my proposed changes to optionally support a VexRiscV-SMP Core CPU - default behavior is using VexRiscV.
Also the phase_shift parameter is set to 15 (instead of 10), as this seems to provide better memory timing compatibility for certain C64 models.
Not sure how to deal with the top-level Readme - you may omit it entirely, just leaving the new
--cpuoption description and maybe the changed memory layout for VexRiscV-SMP bitstreams.have fun, pottendo
