• fastapi uses starlette as a dependency.
• Upgrade fastapi to its latest version in order to update the version of starlette and mitigate the flagged security vulnerability.

• The version of fastapi has been updated to v0.116.1 in the pyproject.toml file.
• A new poetry.lock file has been generated as well.
