Restore pubkey truncation in Lightning invoice logs

[Copilot]

Commit c6d3e38 inadvertently removed pubkey truncation from Lightning invoice creation logs, exposing full user identifiers. This restores the original privacy-preserving behavior.

Changes

• Genesis endpoint: Truncate pubkey to first 16 chars in log at create-lightning-invoice/+server.ts:115
• Membership endpoint: Truncate pubkey to first 16 chars in log at create-lightning-invoice/+server.ts:159
