at the moment if you check the repository out
npm run buildwill fail with a permissions error because node_modules is checked in. as alluded by #4 this is not really good practice anyway. because you have a package-lock.json file we can be reasonably certain it will be reproducible.this PR removes the node_modules directory and creates a
.gitignorefor it.
