When does CoffeeOutside meet?

7:30-8:30 AM every Friday (unless otherwise noted)

Who decides the location for the day?

A robot! A program was written that checks the weather and chooses the best location that hasn't been already picked recently.

When does the bot tweet out the location?

Every Wednesday at 6 PM.

Can I ask for the bot to be overridden for a particular Friday?

Sure! Drop a line to the bot maintainer (https://twitter.com/localluminary) with the date and the location and they'll sort it out. Since it's a human process, please notify the maintainer at least 48 hours before the automated tweet goes out (every Wednesday at 6 PM).
