Sincere thanks for this useful piece of software: it worked virtually immediately with our MCL LP-200 which can now be controlled with Python and combined with other devices. (Thanks also to the people at Mad City Labs for making available updated Windows 64-bit drivers that still work with older equipment.)
We made some very minor changes and refreshed the code.
