Added few workload to simulate anomalies, which can be detected by Troubleshooting Platform.
Main one, which is useful, if PlanAnomalyV2, which simulates query latency increase. The way to run it is:
java -jar yb-sample-apps.jar --workload PlanAnomalyV2 -nodes <CONNECT_STRING> --username yugabyte --password "<password>" --num_reads -1 -num_writes 0 --num_threads_read 3 --num_threads_write 1 --run_time 15000
