Fixes PDF generation by updating Docker dependencies, correcting file and template paths, and resolving API attribute inconsistencies.
This PR addresses several issues preventing reliable PDF output. It ensures the Docker image includes all necessary WeasyPrint runtime libraries and fonts, corrects the creation of output and template directories to handle parent paths, and properly resolves relative asset paths within HTML templates. Additionally, it standardizes API database references and ensures the Discord bot uses the configured output directory.
