The expred R package is the result of research conducted during the 31st Challenge Cup competition at Peking University. It leverages data from the NHANES database to develop predictive models for disease risk based on exposome data. This package provides a comprehensive set of functions designed for preprocessing data related to disease and environmental exposures and biomarker data.
