Hi! I'm Rahul Yedida

I'm an ML researcher and earned my Ph.D. under Dr. Tim Menzies. I am excited about using advances in theoretical ML to speed up and improve performance of deep learning systems. My research achieved state-of-the-art results for several ML4SE tasks, including defect prediction, code smell detection, and finding actionable static code warnings.

I usually also work on side projects, building tools or applications that I want/need. Currently, that is a RAG system for Zotero, written entirely in Rust. Oddly enough, the most fulfiling parts of that project were building the PDF parser.
