Added a new Code Review Guidelines section covering: - Pre-review setup and testing procedures - Code quality standards (naming, error handling, type hints) - Documentation requirements (docstrings, comments) - Architecture patterns (imports, modern Python features) - Testing requirements and conventions - Security and safety considerations - Git commit quality standards - Best practices for providing constructive feedback
