Changelog Description

Creates a submenu of representations for actions in the loader.

Testing notes:

  1. Open the Loader in an host application
  2. Open the context menu of product that has multiple representations.
  3. Notice the sub-menus are automatically created with representations.

I'm afraid we'll close this for now. We do plan to use dedicated loader actions using #1421 as a replacement of existing loader plugins. With this it would be broken.
