Dependencies:
Python 3.8.2 (this is amd64, I don't know why 3.8.2 specifically but it's what the prev. developer specified)
- Make sure to add python to your PATH
An updated PIP
- in a shell, run
pip install --upgrade pip
All other dependencies can be installed via install/install_requirements.bat
