This is a matlab toolbox that can be used to denoise time-series data (e.g., diffusion MRI) in the complex domain based on a two-step non-local principal component analysis (PCA) approach.
You may run the demo script, demo_simulation.m, to obtain an idea of how this toolbox can be used to improve the image quality for diffusion MRI with a few image volumes.
