Revamp Dark Mode – UI/UX Enhancements

This PR revamps the dark mode across the website, addressing broken styles and inconsistencies. The changes focus on:

• Fixing broken dark mode styles across all major pages and components
• Ensuring consistent color schemes, contrast ratios, and visual hierarchy
• Enhancing UI polish: spacing, borders, shadows, and hover/focus states adapted for dark mode
• Improving overall UX in dark mode, including readability and accessibility improvements
• Refactoring theme logic where necessary to better support dark mode toggling
