This PR adds a lightweight command-line interface for running the DISCA clustering stage on precomputed feature embeddings. The CLI exposes DISCA’s Gaussian Mixture Model–based clustering with automatic model selection using BIC, making the clustering step easy to reuse outside research scripts.
It enables clean integration into AITom pipelines (YOPO feature extraction → DISCA clustering → downstream averaging), improves reproducibility, and aligns DISCA with other existing AITom command-line tools.
