Remove unused dispatch2 and block2 crates#519

Neither crate is imported in source code. dispatch2 was intentionally not used (comment in renderer.rs), and block2 is already pulled in transitively via objc2-web-kit features. Closes #513 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
