Changed the name of the README file to specify the language of it and leave the English version as default.
Changed README-EN to be the default README and also updated it with the new information from README-CN.
Fixed some parts to improve the README

I changed the README to be the English version and kept the README-CN version inside the project. Also, I updated the README-EN version with the new information from the README in Chinese.
