- Add commands to get buzzer enablement and frequency.
- Add commands to get and set WPM.
- Add commands to get and set WPM element scales.
- Add commands to get and set paddle mode and invert settings.
- Add command to get device softare version.
- Add command to enable / disable LEDs.
- Add commands to set type and polarity of I/O pins.
- Reduce boilerplate.
