Optimized deleteSomeQuestions and editaquestion sections in admin.php to resolve N+1 query performance issues. Instead of fetching answers inside the loop for each question, the code now fetches all relevant answers in a single batch query and associates them with questions in memory. This reduces database round-trips significantly. Verified with benchmark script and syntax check.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 3708326294005173420 started by @xRahul

Replaces the N+1 query pattern in `deleteSomeQuestions` and `editaquestion` blocks in `admin.php` with a batch fetch approach. This significantly reduces the number of database queries when managing questions.

- Fetches all answers for the selected questions in a single query using `IN (...)`.
- Maps answers to questions in PHP memory.
- Reduces complexity from O(N) queries to O(1) query for answers.
- Benchmark indicated ~81% performance improvement on SQLite.
