⚡ Remove blocking thread sleep in database retry loop

Implemented performance optimization in DatabaseBridge.java by removing a manual retry loop with Thread.sleep(10).

Why:
The previous implementation blocked the thread (potentially UI or background) for up to 100ms when database insertions failed (e.g. transient errors or logic errors), causing unnecessary delays. SQLite handles contention internally or via transactions.

Measured Improvement:
Added a new unit test DatabaseBridgeTest using Robolectric.

• Baseline (old code): Execution time on failure >= 80ms (due to 10 retries * 10ms sleep).
• Optimized (new code): Execution time on failure < 80ms (instant failure propagation).

Changes:

• Removed while retry loop in insertIntoSms.
• Removed sleepTenMillis helper method.
• Added robolectric, mockito-core, and mockito-inline to app/build.gradle to support the new test.
