This PR adds a GitHub Action for manual and CI builds, generating a debug APK. It also performs a "deep dive fix" by upgrading the outdated build system (Gradle 8.5, AGP 8.2.0) and migrating the entire project from android.support to AndroidX to support modern environments.

- Extracted logic from `TrainSms` to `SmsUtils` and added unit tests in `SmsUtilsTest`.
- Fixed duplicate class issues with Guava/ListenableFuture.
