Allow gradle to run without CURSEFORGE_TOKEN environment variable populated.

Default amount of ram was not sufficient for root project so added the same jvmargs from fabric to the root gradle.properties to allow gradle to run without erroring.

Fix for Identity interfering with other mods ability to allow the player to fly (so long as you don't have an identity enabled)
