What it does:
Loyal Spark is an onchain loyalty protocol on Base L2 that enables AI agents to create and manage ERC-20 loyalty programs via REST API. 22 endpoints total — 21 support x402 micropayments ($0.001–$0.05 per request) using USDC on Base, plus 1 free public endpoint for voucher status verification.
