feat: [WIP] update deps, documents and add helpers

Description

This PR help to simplify dev mode by implementing webpack config dev hot reload. And also upgrade frontend dependencies to use latest version of xterm.js since the previous version already deprecated. Another changes in backend is to support non auth SSH server, it is useful for development when test with go ssh server like https://github.com/charmbracelet/wish.

Tasks:

• Create scripts to simplify dev / build process
• Upgrade dependencies frontend
• Update webpack config to support watch (hot reload)
• Support to SSH without auth
• Update document how to use in dev until build
• Enhance HTML style for full width and full high
• Frontend auto select ws:// or wss:// depend on origin protocol
