using addpath(genpath(maxwellfdfd_root)) adds all sub directories of maxwellfdfd, even if new ones are added.

Using addpath(genpath(maxwellfdfd_root)) adds all sub directories of maxwellfdfd to the path, even if new ones are added but not updated in the INSTALL.md instructions.
