Hi, thanks for this great library -- it looks quite well written and I'm planning on using it as inspiration for my own LSMBT implementation!
I noticed the use of a deprecated api that made the project fail to compile on rustc
1.42.0 (b8cedc004 2020-03-09). This PR fixes that.
