This file is for you to describe the wombat application. Typically
you would include information such as the information below:

Installation and Setup
======================

Install ``wombat`` using easy_install::

    easy_install wombat

Make a config file as follows::

    paster make-config wombat config.ini

Tweak the config file as appropriate and then setup the application::

    paster setup-app config.ini

Then you are ready to go.


Licensing
=========

Unless otherwise mentioned, all files are released under the GNU GPL v2.
A notable exception to this are some of the icons in wombat/public/images, which
were released under a CC-BY-SA 2.5 license by the Tango project.
