This PR contains updated graphs for pip stata page. I updated most of the graphs, but I couldn't update "Distribution of Income in Latin America and Caribbean, by country" (LAC.png) and "Relationship between inequality and GDP" (Gini&GDP.png) graphs. When I run the commands that generates the two graphs (pip, country(all) year(last) clear and `pip, region(lac) year(last) povline(2.15 3.65 6.85) fillgaps clear'), I got error message that says "authorization required by server".

Thank you. PLease make sure you use the most recent version of pip. Right now, it is 0.10.7. This should have fixed the issue of the server.
