KataGo v1.15.3 TensorRT installer for Megapack v4.21.2 or above Latest

If you're using NVIDIA RTX 20 series or above GPU you can use KataGo TensorRT version.
You need to know it will take some time when you start TensorRT version of KataGo.

This installer is for Megapack user so you need to install Megapack first if you haven't installed.
After installing this pack, KataGo configuration is recommended.

If you want to change KataGo version back to OpenCL or CUDA then you can execute katago_change.bat from lizzie folder.
