Removes the need to manually format the documentation for the command.
The only thing I'm unhappy about is the hardcoded 35. I could calculate it out of the list but tbh it seems overkill?
On the other hand,
elm-cli-option-parserhas improved this in 4.0.0 so we might just want to wait for the newelm-pagesversion which will probably depend onelm-cli-option-parser4
