• Using a directory to centralize plugin sources define via ADL_PLUGIN_DIR
• Define variable which contain plugins volume storage shared with adl, celery, beat containers
• Minor changes on celery-beat command code

We might consider this in future. For now we are not using a volumes since we want to be able to do the installations directly from Github
