Removed a bunch of thumbnail generation related methods that are no longer required now that the ImageResizer class handles it all.

This PR adds image resizer support for the thumbnail view(s) in the media manager.
Using the resizer's
filterGetUrl()method to generate the resize urls, allowing for images to be generated upon request by the media manager.
