Tested with Delphi XE8. - use JEDI as submodule as it provides correct VERxxx mapping. - simplify DFS.INC based on JEDI.INC - use FormatSettings global variable record from Delphi 7 upwards (as the global variables like DecimalSeparator are gone from Delphi XE3 on) - include various files from 3.71 that were gone in the 3.72 version: ELV help files; EnhDemo VMDemo and testvm directories
