get5Candidates_coordinates get candidate coordinates for training. get5Candidate_features get candidate features for training. Soma_detection_0.5 find multiple somas. Soma_detection_highese find 1 soma.

The input file format is Amira ASCII. You can use ImageJ(Fiji) to convert it.
