NextJS App Route with Mantine ^7 and Tailwind ^3

The goal for this repo is mix the Mantine (v.7) UI library with Tailwind.

With this we get the best for the both worlds.

Tasks

• - INSTALL Mantine 7.0
• - Add all mantine --vars to tailwind config
• - Mix the globals.css with mantine and Tailwind classes
