If you have a chance, it would be great if you could perhaps update wikitree_api.ts#L320 to make it possible that an app id is used in the login call. Provision is made for an appid in the options paramater for
getAuthcode, but if I read things correctly,logindoes not have an options parameter and does not create one for the call togetAuthcode.
