Updated Gradle wrapper configuration (`gradle-wrapper.properties`) to use version 8.13. Upgraded library versions in `libs.versions.toml`, including Kotlin to 2.2.21 and AGP to 8.12.3. Removed unused JNA library dependency.
…ions. Updated `gradle-wrapper.properties` to Gradle 9.2.0. Increased `compileSdk` to 36 in Android configuration. Added linker options for 16KB page size support in `android-native-helper`. Updated default project version to `0.0.3-SNAPSHOT`.
